Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product unopened. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs.

Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package and € 4.95 per letterbox package, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product, with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging, including invoice or copy of invoice, will be returned to the entrepreneur.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
