• Start clean: wash your feet daily and dry them thoroughly, especially between the toes.
• Apply correctly: spray from 10 to 15 cm away across the whole foot, including between the toes.
• Let it dry briefly: allow a short moment to absorb before putting on socks or shoes.
• How often: use in the morning and evening. Use daily during week one, then 2 to 3 times per week.

• Frequency: use daily during the first week for an intensive start. Once sweating is under control, maintenance use once every two weeks is usually enough.
